The moment you've all been waiting for...
On Tuesday night, a cold, cloudy, but rainbow-broken Tuesday night, I proposed to my dear Rebecca Ann Lowe. And she, without any reservation, accepted. So it is with great pleasure that I announce our engagement. :-D
